A model has been developed for relating crop coefficient of groundnut with time using the data generated by an experiment conducted during kharif 1994 to 1996. The peak value of crop co-efficient was found to be 1.07 on 10th week after sowing. The average water use and water use efficiency for groundnut crop are found to be 315.6 mm and 4.22 kg/ha/mm respectively.
