A study of rainfall pattern in relation to crop planning over the Haryana State

Haryana State receives a range of 200 to 1200 mm f annual rainfall in 7 agroclimatic zones. The rainfall patterns of these zones have been discussed with special reference to the amount, variation and probabilities based on the rainfall data of the rain recording stations. The existing cropping patterns have been analysed at block level in relation to rainfall pattern variability etc.
