Prof. B. W. Pandey is a Professor at the Department of Geography, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, Delhi, India. His research interests are Mountain Environments, Climate Change Adaptation, Livelihood Analysis and Vulnerable Assessment. He has to his credit 23 Years of Teaching and Research experiences, 08 books edited/authored and about 80 research papers published in books and journals. He is an Executive in India for IGEO. He is PI of two major projects (i). British Council International Collaboration Project on Himalayan DRR and (ii) ICSSR- IMPRESS Project on Climate Change Adaptation in Western Himalayan Region.

Prof. V. S. Negi is associated to the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, University of Delhi since the last 26 years.  He has nearly 28 years of experience of undergraduate teaching and he has to his credit a number of 13 research papers, 12 articles, publications and 8 books. He has a keen interest in Field Excursion based studies in Geography and his efforts promoting experiential learning. Presently he promotes fieldwork-based geographic research on various remote locations of the Himalayas. He travelled extensively and widely in almost all the remotely located locations of the Himalayan States of India.

Prof. Subhash Anand is an Associate Professor at Department of Geography, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. His research interests are, Geopark Studies, Agriculture Systems and Urban Health and sustainability. He has to his credit more than 20 years of Teaching and Research experiences. Dr. Anand authored 02 books and edited 03 volumes, including Urban Health Risk and Resilience in Asian Cities by Springer. He has to his credit 40 research papers, articles and chapters in various books and journals of national and international repute including Elsevier, Springer etc. He is Managing Editor of International Journal of Geoheritage and Parks.

OmJee Ranjan, Department of Geography, Miranda House, University of Delhi, Delhi -110007

Mr Om Jee Ranjan is a Doctoral Research Scholar at the Department of Geography, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, and teaching as an Assistant Professor at Department of Geography, Miranda House, University of Delhi, Delhi, India. He is a senior research fellow, University Grants Commission, Govt of India. He has to his credit 05 Years of Teaching and Research experience and about 16 research papers published in books and journals. His most recent research explores the degree of human adaptation against physio-climatic changes in the high-altitude river basins of the NE- Himalayas.
