Microclimatic data, dry bulb temperature, vapour pressureAbstract
Microclimatic data of dry bulb temperature, vapour pressure at different temperature epochs in different seasons both in the open and different crop environments collected at the central Agricultural Meteorological Observatory, Poona was statistically analysed, Dry bulb temperature and vapour pressure varied with environment season and height. Correlation coefficients between air temperature and vapour pressure in the open to that of crop environments at different heights in different seasons are higher at minimum temperature epoch than at maximum temperature epoch. Decrease of correlation is more pronounced in air temperature vapour pressure.
